Hello! I’m doing both of those and can confirm: they are extremely useful! For note-taking I’m using an app on my computer (since I spend a lot of time using it anyway) and I note in the form of bullet points with multiple levels of indentation — this creates a sort of a mind map. As for meditation, there’s lots of options here, but definitely do it. I suggest Headspace app which has a great and very gentle introduction to everyone who has no idea about what meditation really is but would like to learn it. Also, watching Andy Puddycombe’s (creator of Headspace) TED talk is a great intro to meditation. Cheers!
