Been in the middle of such situation.

We’ve all had those teammates- people who behave badly and stir things up just for the psychodrama, or to hide their own insecurities and shortcomings. It gives them an over inflated sense of having influence.

Been in the middle of such situation. It was extreme, as it turned out the person who did it is probably borderline. Took me 5 years to straighten things out and get over it.
